Job Title – Sr. Engineer / Engineer – R&D
Company Profile: An automobile parts manufacturing MNC.
Business: Automotive catalysts (for gasoline and diesel engines), PGM solution, Materials for catalysts, Catalysts for fuel cell engines, Motorcycle catalysts (metal honeycomb, pipe, multi tube), Various metal catalyst support, Catalysts for general purpose engines (lawnmowers, chain saws), Leisure vehicles and marine engines, Catalyst for gas engine cogeneration, Oxidation deodorizing catalyst for factory emissions, Environmental catalysts (Ozone resolution, Deodorizing)
Role & Responsibilities:
- Technical discussion with the customer
- Coordinate with Japanese R&D team in developing samples
- Technical Discussion with Japan R&D Team
- Suggest quality improvement
- Promote cost reduction activity
- Program reading to find out problems
- AUTO CAD (not mandatory)
Requirement:
- Engineering –Chemical specialization
- 2-4 years’ experience in automotive industry
- Hands-on experience in New Product Development
- Experience in Tier 1/Tier 2 supplier for automotive OEM
- Hands-on experience in Technical field (Automotive)
- Good communication skills – English, Hindi & Local language
- Japanese language skills will be added advantage
